Product availability and display

Alien Performance cannot be held responsible for stockouts associated with its inventories. Where applicable, Alien Performance undertakes to notify the purchaser as soon as possible. Please consider that the color of the products presented on the site may differ slightly from the physical color of the product, the color may vary depending on the screen used and other technical factors. Alien Performance tries to reproduce colors and products as faithfully as possible.

Our products are only delivered in Quebec and certain regions in Ontario

Limits

Alien Performance reserves the right to refuse any order placed on this site. If it is deemed necessary to limit or cancel the quantities or items purchased. We will notify you as soon as possible.

Prices and payment terms

Product prices are shown in Canadian dollars. Taxes are applicable. Transport costs are applicable unless the product bears the mention free transport. There will be transportation costs if you live in a remote area (ex: Far North, etc.) we will notify you before delivery. Alien Performance reserves the right to modify the price of the products offered on the site at any time without notice. The total amount of the order is payable either by credit card or Interac transfer or Paypal by calling us at 418-222-6500. Cash is also accepted at the store counter.

There may be a delivery charge if the customer purchases a single tire or rim as the prices are calculated based on the purchase of 4-pieces.

Cancellation
If you wish to cancel your order once the transaction has been completed, notify us by phone at 418-222-6500 as soon as possible. No modification or cancellation of an order can be made after the shipping process has started.
